  • Reverse engineer goals for the year, map out into quarterly segments
  • Uncover triggers/hindrances that have been in the midst previously

Call 3) Goal Setting Second Session – 60 minutes

(This may be done previously, but typically takes some time to absorb and adopt)

  • Review and adjust action plan based on the first week of findings
  • Timeline new practices - adjust

Call 9 & 10) Implementation Planning – 60 minutes

  • Review and adjust action plan based on the second week of findings
  • Timeline new practices - adjust
  • Begin practice and implementation of strategy to execute new operating models

Call 11 & 12) Running your business, Confidence, Persona, Authenticity – 60 minutes

  • It is easier to understand and move into a position of confidence/power when you’ve set the stage of where you want to go. I would like to build the business strategy, plan and operationalize your story and offering. It unfolds easier, more authentically when you see the vision clearly.
Briar has a limited number of engagements per quarter for business coaching clients. Scheduling calls in advance ensures you retain direct access to her as a strategic advisor.
